Founded in 2024, MES Partnerit wanted to build its operations responsibly and sustainably from the start. The company was assessed and certified by Kiwa Sertifiointi Oy with an extended HSEQ® assessment, which also covers the Green Card® criteria for capability to produce quality, defined by Buyers of Technology Industry. MES Partnerit Inc. offers a new and innovative path to working life, especially for young people with higher education. MES Partnerit combines coaching and employment with an interim model, allowing companies to quickly and risk-free get employees who match their needs, and young people a valuable springboard for their careers.
Assessment and certification brought concreteness to promises
The certification and assessment were carried out even before the business started, which was a significant step towards a strong foundation for the company. “We didn’t want to just make promises, we wanted concrete evidence of our commitment to safety, health, quality and environmental responsibility,” says Marko Enberg, Chairman of the Board of MES Partnerit Inc. According to him, the auditor gave a lot to think about, and the assessment also provided valuable insights for both starting operations and further development.
MES Partners’ first training was carried out in cooperation with the Kouvola Employment Region. The partnership showed that trust is created when the direction is right and the content matches. “The average feedback from the trainees was 8.8 (on a scale of 1-10), and the feedback we received from the client exceeded our expectations,” Enberg rejoices. (More information about the feedback can be found at: www.mespartnerit.fi/.)
HSEQ® statement and Green Card® certificate were achieved
MES Partnerit received 418 points in the HSEQ assessment. “We think this is a good performance, especially since the business had not yet fully launched. It shows in concrete terms that we operate consistently in accordance with common quality criteria,” says Enberg.
MES Partnerit was also awarded a Green Card® certificate, which indicates that the company’s capability to produce quality is at the level required by its clients. According to Enberg, this was a significant achievement: “We want to build a strong status and recognition in the job market for our extensive training program.”
Assessments support our growth and credibility
The HSEQ® statement and the Green Card® certificate gave MES Partners a solid foundation and an excellent framework for building a responsible business right from the start. The assessment process helped to clarify operations and identify areas for development. Enberg believes that the certificates strengthened the credibility of their company in the eyes of customers, trainees and partners right from the start. “It was a strategic choice that supports our long-term growth. We are constantly improving our operations and will keep the certificates valid in the future,” says Enberg.

MES Partner’s training is suitable for, among other things, the needs of companies (e.g. training of trainees and new employees) and employment regions (support for employment). For more information, visit www.mespartnerit.fi
